Chris Brown arrested in Florida on felony assault charges

Chris Brown was arrested after his concert in Florida late Thursday.

Fresh from the stage of his current concert tour, Brown was booked Thursday in the Palm Beach County jail on a felony battery charge from a 2017 incident in which he allegedly attacked a photographer in Tampa, Florida.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office reported to CNN that Brown was arrested on an outstanding out-of-county warrant from last year, however, gave no further details as to what the warrant was issued for.

Breezy was booked and released shortly thereafter when he posted bail.

Canada passes historic bill to legalize recreational marijuana

Canada has become the first G7 nation to legalize recreational marijuana.

On Tuesday night, the Senate voted 52-29 to pass Bill C-45, also commonly known as the Cannabis Act.

The bill will allow anyone over the age of 18 to possess no more than 30 grams of marijuana. It also allows adults to sell cannabis as well as grow up to four plants in their home.

The government pointed to several benefits of legalization, including economic stimulation and protecting the youth from criminal operations.

Man who climbed 4 floors to save a child rewarded with citizenship and a job

Mamoudou Gassama, the hero who scaled an apartment building to save a child will be made a French citizen, and a job offer in the fire department says French president, Emmanuel Macron.
